Official Announcements of Class and Producer Prices

Class, Component, and Advance Prices	Released semimonthly on or before the 5th and 23rd. Announcement of class and component prices. This release also includes selected informational prices for butter, cheese, and powder.
Producer Prices	Released monthly on or before the 11th. Includes the producer price differential, component prices, somatic cell adjustment rate, and the statistical uniform price. Also included are the butterfat, protein, nonfat solids and other solids content of producer milk.
Price Formulas and National Hearings	Federal Milk Marketing Orders Rulemaking Federal milk marketing orders are established and amended through the formal hearing process. Federal milk marketing order hearings allow interested parties to present evidence regarding marketing and economic conditions in support of or in opposition to instituting or amending an order.
